When you want to learn something fast, you must learn it as if you have forever. Take it slow, one fundamental at a time. Go slow to go fast.

Isn't Golf now more than you could have ever imagined? It goes beyond the game itself. That's the beauty of Golf.

You thought at the time and most of your golf life that it was all mental which most people tend to do...blame the mind for everything. But golf is a physical sport and you clearly ingrained moves that would cause bad results and then you lost all confidents. Had to dig you out of the deep rabbit hole you had fallen into. Declutter Unlearn Relearn It was a dark place but look at you now! I am grateful you trusted my vision for you. You leaned on my will-power and now you have your own will-power to stand on. I am grateful you trusted in me and in never giving up and never giving up on yourself.

We have witnessed a huge transformation in your mind, body and spirit through the game of golf and how it flows into other areas of your life. It's like seeing a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly and when you see that, you see infinite possibilities for all life. You have come a long way from day 1 of your lesson. This sounds too simple to the true but I feel my best when I eat a balanced meal. Like the game of golf, you don't want to go from one method to another. It is more about fine tuning and finding your balance. Protein, Carbs and Veggies just does it for me. Keep it simple.

Next time you practice, breathe between shots to stay clear minded and to let go of negative emotions and tension. This practice will carry over to the golf course where you will have a stronger mindset and positive attitude.
