The Myth of Swinging Fast

Swinging fast just to swing fast,

can deteriorate the body fast.

If the swing motion does not support the speed,

it defeats the purpose all together.

A lot of times swinging fast is not fast at all

and that it is just trying too hard or muscling it.

When you do the right swing motion,

the speed happens at the right time --

effortlessly.
