Leafy greens does it for me. When I sprinkle ground flaxseed in my salad, it not only gives me energy but, my skin feels super hydrated!

This sounds too simple to the true but I feel my best when I eat a balanced meal. Like the game of golf, you don't want to go from one method to another. It is more about fine tuning and finding your balance. Protein, Carbs and Veggies just does it for me. Keep it simple.
