I feel like I am the only one that eats breakfast with a side of greens. Everyone looks at me funny but it starts my day right! Romaine Lettuce just does it for me :). I feel energized and ready to take on the day!!

Yeah, kinda of peppery, complex, and very flavorful (And healthy!!) Up here in S.F. many of the delis put arugula in their mixed green salads, and one deli in particular puts it on a pressed grilled chicken breast sandwich on a hard crusted sourdough roll with a delicious creamy avocado spread...mmmm good 😋 I’ll bring one to you at my next lesson this Saturday!! I’m hungry now!!!
I‘m with you Jun. Romaine lettuce works anytime! Try an early morning tuna salad with or without whole grain bread, with layers of crisp cold Romaine or Arugula. I’ll eat anything for breakfast too, and many times not a typically thought of breakfast food...for ex., canned sardines in olive oil w/ a handful of walnuts!! Good fats, and high quality protein. Golfers need good nutrition to think and play well. Not your everyday breakfast, but I like to challenge my body and mind with variety, and keep thinking outside that cereal box!!
